Positive
emotions and first success of Kajto in Latvia came very quickly, after

Rally Liepāja, Kajetanowicz clinched FIA ERC Ice Master title.
Kajetanowicz amassed 238 points, comfortably outscoring second-placed

Kajetan Kajetanowicz: –
We
are happy and rich in new experience. Happy, because we managed to
reach our goals and held the lead in FIA ERC overall standings, winning
also FIA ERC Ice Master title. The pace we maintained since the
beginning of the rally was really pleasing. It proves that we made big
progress compared to last season and in such difficult championship this
kind of progress is crucial. Last year this rally was completely new to
us and now we are able to fight for victory. It is an excellent example
that hard work pays off and LOTOS Rally Team is always willing to fight
and work tirelessly. The team and M-Sport Poland do a great job and I
want to thank them very much. It was great to prove ourselves in new
conditions because each rally is a good training ground and I want to
make progress. This is what we do and we will do – we have this
possibility thanks to our sponsors. Congratulations to Craig for his
victory and I am happy that we can expect fierce battle in forthcoming
FIA ERC rounds.Jarek Baran: –
This rally was
really demanding. Today the conditions on opening loop were extremely
tough. In some places there was heavy snowfall and wind was blowing snow
on the road. Quite often we could not see the road but our pace notes
worked perfectly. We set good stage times and at the same time we had a
lot of fun.FIA ERC standings after Rally Liepāja:1. Kajetan Kajetanowicz (POL) 45
